Yes — our reception team is on call 24 hours a day. If you arrive late or need assistance outside regular hours, simply call or WhatsApp the number provided at check-in and someone will be with you promptly.

All rooms include air conditioning, flat-screen TV, refrigerator, hot water shower, wardrobe, free high-speed WiFi, and fresh towels. Rooms with balconies have outdoor seating.

Yes, housekeeping is available. Please ask at reception at check-in for the schedule and to arrange preferred times.

Patong Beach is approximately a 5–7 minute walk from M2 Rooms & Stays. Close enough to pop back to the room between swims or to drop off shopping.

Yes — we can arrange a private taxi or minivan from Phuket International Airport directly to our door. A fee applies. Please contact us with your flight details before arrival and we'll organise everything.

Alternatively, the airport Smart Bus to Patong costs around ฿100 per person and is a good budget option.

Tuk-tuks and motorbike taxis are the standard way to get around Patong. Always agree on the price before getting in — short rides are typically ฿100–200.

Scooter rentals are available from around ฿200–300 per day and are the most flexible way to explore further afield. Ask us at reception for a trusted rental recommendation.

There is a 7-Eleven approximately 2 minutes walk from the property — handy for snacks, drinks, SIM cards, and ATM access. A local pharmacy is around 3 minutes walk and stocks medicines, sunscreen, and travel essentials.

Banzaan Fresh Market (5 min walk) is the best spot for fresh food and authentic local Thai meals at very reasonable prices.

Yes — we provide free high-speed internet throughout the property, suitable for video calls and remote work. The lobby lounge is a popular spot for guests who need a comfortable place to work during the day.
